Exchange policy:

We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you change your mind about the products you have purchased, we will exchange those products (excluding gift cards and made to order products) subject to the following conditions:
- contact our customer service via email hello@caramelandsun.com within 7 days of receipt of product.
- Items must be exchanged within 7 days
- The exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed otherwise unused with original tags, label attached or in its original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

If 7 days have gone by since you receive the purchase, unfortunately products will not be exchanged.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:
- Books,
- Gift cards,
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
- Made to order, special order, parts order
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Credit note issuance:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or issuance of a credit note.

Refund will be processed only when faulty product has been shipped. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation:
Orders online may be cancelled within 24 hours since the order is placed or prior to order confirmation by email, text, or phone confirmation by Caramel and Sun representative. Order cancellation may be confirmed by the customer through email, or through direct phone call with Caramel and Sun representative.

Refunds:
We do not issue any REFUNDS.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank customer service, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@caramelandsun.com.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately on-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@caramelandsun.com

Made to Order Products:
"Made to Order" items, "Special Order" items and parts orders are not eligible for exchange or return and they are non-cancelable.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for faulty products).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
