Shipping policy

We put all our efforts to ship anywhere in the UAE as fast as we can. Once your order has been approved and your package is ready to leave our warehouse, you will either receive an email or a call from one of our staffs to arrange the delivery at your convenience.,

We can offer a Same Day Delivery in Dubai only for orders placed before 10AM and subject to the availability of our drivers. Kindly contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm the same day delivery.

Outside Dubai, depending on the size of the parcel, we may deliver using one of our courier services, whose deliveries may be subject to further operating procedure that may delay the delivery from the expected lead time.

*Subject to areas restrictions: Delivery services to locations South or West of Abu Dhabi is considered “remote locations” (except Al Ain and any towns/locations on Abu Dhabi – Al Ain road and Dubai – Al Ain road). It includes, but is not limited to the following areas: Tarif area, Al Ruwais area, Abu Alabyadh area, Al Arrad area, Al Wagan area, Um El Zumool area, Madinat Zayed al Gharbiya area, Qareen Al Aish area, Al Hamra area.

We are pleased to offer competitive international shipping fees thanks to our different logistic partners. A more accurate shipping cost which depends on the destination and the volumetric weight of your items will be provided at checkout.

Delivery time frame within the GCC, and rest of the world (cf: see list of countries) varies between 10 to 15 working days from the day you receive your Airway Bill "AWB" tracking number.
